abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing 4-HALOGENO-BENZ-2, 1, 3-OXADIAZOLENES 1, which are intermediates for various SYNTHESES, for example, for the 7-NITRO compounds, which contain AROMATIC OR ALIPHATIC AMINO, MERCAPTO OR HYDROXY COMPOUNDS, for example. RESPOND TO ANTI-TUMORAGENIC OR ANTILESUKAEMIC OR IMMUNE UPPRESSIVE MEDICINAL PRODUCTS. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION IS THE PREPARATION OF THESE 4-HALOGENOBENZ-2, 1,3-OXADIAZOLE IN A FEW PROCESS STEPS WITH HIGH PURCHASING AND LOW COST. THE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION IS A SIMPLE NEW METHOD WHERE SUCH CONNECTIONS MAY BE MADE FROM EASILY ACCESSIBLE OUTPUT PRODUCTS. BY THE INVENTION, 2-HALOGENO-6-NITROANILINE DIAZOTED AND IMPLEMENTED WITH ALKALIAZIDE TO 2-HALOGENO-6-NITROPHENYL ACIDIDES CYCLISED INTO AN ORGANIC SOLVENT THROUGH THERMOLYSIS TO 4-HALOGENO-BENZ-2, 1, 3-OXADIAZOLE-N-OXIDES AND CONCLUSIONS WITH HYDROXYLAMINE IN ALKALINE SOLUTION TO OXADIAZOLS WILL BE REDUCED. |
