titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIRE-RESISTANT COUPOLOFEN STAMP MASS ON QUARTZ SAND BASIS
abstract The invention relates to exactly defined starting conditions for the production of cupola ramming masses. It has been found how to ensure the use of certain quartz sands for cupola ramming masses. The prescribed grain spectrum of the individual offset components, the SiO 2 content, the ratio of the binder to the components of the treatment agent was matched with the operating conditions of the melting process. The invention is applicable with the simplest technology in the refractory industry.
