titleOfInvention METHOD FOR AMPEROMETRIC HARNISHING DETERMINATION BY MEANS OF AN ELECTRODE ARRANGEMENT
abstract The invention relates to a simple, rapid method for the quantitative determination of uric acid in solutions based on the direct measurement of the electrochemical uric acid oxidation current. Urea acid (formula) allantione + other reaction products. The measurement is carried out kinetically at a potential of + 400mV. This ensures the necessary diagnostic specificity. In front of the electrode there is a protective membrane. Since, apart from the necessary buffer solution, no further reagents (enzymes or the like) are consumed, the method results in a substantial cost saving and simplification of the analysis.
