titleOfInvention | CATALYST SYSTEM |
abstract | The invention relates to a novel catalyst system for the polymerization of alphaolefins. The aim of the invention is to provide a catalyst system with improved activity and high isotactic index. The novel catalyst system comprises according to the invention: (a) a component containing organoaluminium, for example triethylaluminum and (b) a titanium halide-containing component. The titanium halide-containing component is obtained by the interaction of a halogen-containing magnesium compound such as MgCl 2 and an organic phosphite such as triphenyl phosphite to produce a reaction product. Thereafter, a co-pulverization of the reaction product with a complex of a titanium halide compound and an electron donor compound such as TiCl 4 deep ethyl benzoate to produce a jointly pulverized follow-up point. Finally, the co-pulverized secondary product is reacted with a titanium halide compound such as TiCl 4 deep. |
