abstract |
The invention relates to a process for the preparation of low molecular weight chemischh and molecular weight non-uniform ethylene-vibyl acetate copolymers by direct synthesis. Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymerization of ethylene and vinyl acetate is carried out under well-defined conditions in a two-zone reactor. The essence of the invention is that the polymerization is carried out in the presence of 1.0 to 2.5% by mass of hydrogen or 50 to 60% by mass. % Propane occurs. The resulting low molecular weight ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer compounds are suitable as additional components for improving the low-temperature behavior of heating and fuel mixtures. |
