titleOfInvention EMULSIFICATION COMBINATIONS FOR EMULSIONS OF TYPE OIL IN WATER
abstract The invention relates to emulsifier combinations, with the aid of corrosion inhibitors for use in aqueous media under conditions such as exist in Kuehlwasserkreislaeufen of marine diesel engines, as well as Metallbearbeitungsfluessigkeiten be produced. The aim of the invention is to provide emulsifier compositions which give a very high stability and excellent corrosion protection and foaming behavior with long service lives of oil-in-water emulsions and a long service life of components and tools, adequate corrosion protection on workpieces, an extension of the Repair intervals and a reduction of silting and thus ensure a sufficient heat exchange between cooling water and cooling medium. The emulsifier compositions according to the invention consist of a combination of 20 to 80% by weight of an ethoxylated alkylphenol, 5 to 50% by weight of a mono-, di- or trialkanolamide of the oleic acid and 5 to 50% by weight of an amine salt of mono- or dialkylphosphoric acid esters. The resulting emulsifier combinations are added in a concentration of 5 to 40% by mass to the base oil for emulsions of the oil type in water.
