titleOfInvention METHOD FOR MODIFYING THE SURFACE PROPERTIES OF POLYOLEFINE SHEARS
abstract The invention relates to a process for the surface modification of polyolefin foam film by treatment with ionizing radiation. It should be achieved by irradiation an increased modifying effect, which leads to special property improvements, such as permanent bondability and printability. According to the invention, the radiation modification of the polyolefin foams is carried out in a fluorohydrocarbon atmosphere.
