titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ALKYLIDES [5,1-B] THIAZOLS
abstract The aim of the invention is to develop a process for the preparation of these Alkylidenpyrazolo (5,1-b) thiazoles. The Alkylidenpyrazolo (5,1-b) thiazoles of the general formula III, in which R is an alkyl group, R is high 1 for a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl or e.Alkoxygruppe, R is high 2f a hydrogen atom and R is high 3 Fuereinen optionally substituted phenyl radical or an alkoxy group can be prepared by reacting the pyrazolo (5,1-b) thiazoles of the general formula I in which R and R are 1 as defined above, with carbonyl compounds or their derivatives of the general formula II, in the Y represents an oxygen atom or two alkoxy groups and R 2 is high and R 3 is high as defined above. These alkylidene pyrazolo (5,1-b) thiazoles can be used as organic intermediates for further syntheses. They are particularly suitable for the preparation of further substitution products of pyrazolo (5,1-b) thiazoles.
