titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTED ARTICLE |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing an electrically conductive article made of glass or another mineral material. The aim of the invention is to provide an electrically conductive article with good Leitfaehigkeit, high transparency for visible light, high reflectivity for infrared and high mechanical resistance. According to the invention, an adhesive layer of tin oxide with a lower than 10 & exp -2! Ohms times cm specific resistivity on a substrate made of glass, ceramic or other mineral substance deposited, one reacts on the surface of the previously preheated to at least 500 degrees C substrate, a volatile compound in a Traegergas verduenntem tin and water vapor, so, that this gas contains at least 30% hydrogen. According to the invention, the article produced in this way has the following properties for a tin oxide coating of 1 to 3 μm thickness: surface resistance = 1 to 10 ohm transparency = 60 to 95% IR reflectivity> equal to 50%. |
