titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR OBTAINING FATS AND FEEDINGSTUFFS
abstract The invention relates to the production of fats and feeds from vegetable and animal raw materials, e.g. from offal, fish, fish waste, oilseed and oil. The products obtained are used for human or animal nutrition. The object of the invention is to provide a method for obtaining fats and feed from said raw materials while avoiding pressing and extraction and complex technology for the digestion. The task therefore extends to identifying specific process conditions. According to the invention, the raw materials are treated at temperatures of from 20 to 80 degrees C, a solids / liquid ratio of 1: 0.5 to 1: 5, a pH of 1 to 4, during a period of 1 to 24 hours by means of acids and displaced from the reaction product by pH change and addition of surface-active compounds, the fats and deposited.
