The invention relates to the production of fats and feeds from vegetable and animal raw materials, e.g. from offal, fish, fish waste, oilseed and oil. The products obtained are used for human or animal nutrition. The object of the invention is to provide a method for obtaining fats and feed from said raw materials while avoiding pressing and extraction and complex technology for the digestion. The task therefore extends to identifying specific process conditions.
