titleOfInvention METHOD FOR THE ADDITIONAL DEPTH PHOSPHORICIZATION AND DESOLUTION OF STEEL
abstract The invention aims to achieve an additional dephosphorization and / or desulfurization of the steel in a spĆ¼lgasbehandlung of the steel following the blowing process in a Stahlerzeugungsgefaess and the necessary stiffening of the residual slag before the smear of the steel. The essence of the invention consists in a taking into account the preliminary sample after the blowing process and the steel bath temperature to be measured continuous lime addition to the slag after dumping the slag, wherein during the addition time of the lime, a change in the blowing media takes place. The inventive method allows a correction in the analysis of the pre-sample detected exceeded the setpoints of phosphorus and sulfur in the steel without lengthening the batch time and without additional material requirements. Within certain limits, the use of the solution according to the invention avoids an operative change in the steel brand assortment plan during the course of steelmaking operations.
