abstract Stabilized pigment dispersions are suitable for pigmenting moisture-drying polyurethane single-component paints, conventional polyurethane paints and coatings, elastomeric polyurethanes, polyurethane foam and other polymeric materials. The aim of the invention is to prepare dried stabilized pigment dispersions based on an amino- and hydroxyl group-free pigment carrier which can be mixed with any NCO-containing prepolymers and which contain highly concentrated flake-free dispersing pigments. The stabilized pigment dispersions according to the invention comprising non-aqueous, hydroxyl- and amino-group-free solvents; organic and / or inorganic pigments and fillers, an oligomeric or polymeric pigment carrier, contain as stabilizing agents water-binding substances in combination with hydrophobizing general structures (formula) or their partial hydrolysates.
