abstract The invention relates to a method for the extraction and solvent extraction of solids with the aim to reduce the cost of equipment and energy compared to the known methods, the quality of the final product is secured. The invention is based on the object to develop an effective and stable extraction process by a certain preparatory treatment of the solids reaching for extractive purification. The object is achieved by drying solids, which are grown on hydrocarbons, in a fluidized bed process and the granules are comminuted by mechanical treatment, preferably grinding, to a suitable particle size range and during or after the mechanical treatment water or water vapor for the purpose of swelling the solids is fed.
