D. Erfindg. Relates to antihypertensive compounds. Formula I, wherein Py represents an optionally substituted, via a carbon atom connected to the nitrogen atom 4- or 5-pyrimidinyl, R & ind1! and R & ind2! independently of one another are hydrogen, lower alkyl or lower alkenyl, and Alk is lower alkylene, the d. separating two nitrogen atoms by 2-4 carbon atoms, their tautomeric compounds and acid addition salts. You can e.g. by reacting a compound of the formula Py-N (R & ind2!) H with a salt of a compound of the formula II. |
