abstract | The invention relates to a cross grating with two different pitches, which can be used in spectral apparatuses. The object of the invention is to increase the movement efficiency of a cross lattice in a certain order. The invention has for its object to form the surface profile over the basic parallelogram of the cross grid suitable. According to the invention, the area above the basic parallelogram substantially represents a plane which is inclined so that the normal of the plane is the bisecting line between the direction of the incident and the direction of the diffracted radiation, the direction of the diffracted radiation being determined by the lattice constants and the ordinal numbers given the two divisions of the cross lattice. |
