titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF BROMTHIAZOLIDINES |
abstract | The aim of the invention is to develop a process for the preparation of 3-anyl-5-bromo-4-oxo-thiazolidin-2-ylidencyanessigaeuurestern. The Bromthiazolidine of the general formula II, in which R is an alkyl radical and R & exp 1! represent an optionally alkyl-, alkoxy- or halogen-substituted phenyl, can be prepared by reacting the thiazolidines of the general formula I in which R and R & exp1! have the above meaning, be prepared with bromine. These bromothiazolidines can be used as organic intermediates for further syntheses. They are particularly suitable for the preparation of novel condensed heterocycles. |
