titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR THE SYNTHESIS OF SUBSTITUTED PHOSPHINS AND ARSINE |
abstract | The invention relates to processes for the preparation of substituted benzyl and Indolylmethylphosphine and -arsines with biological activity. They are starting materials for new biologically active compounds and complex ligands in homogeneous catalysis. The aim and object of the invention was to find a synthetic route for the preparation of vielzeltig substituted benzyl and Indolylmenthylphosphinen and -arsines. The essence of the invention consists in simple processes for the preparation of phosphines and arsines of the general formula I Y-CH & ind2! -ER & exp1! R & exp2! (I), where E is a phosphorus or arsenic atom, R & exp1! and R & exp2! represent organic radicals and Y represents phenyl radicals having hydrogen, hydroxyl, mercapto or amino groups in the 2- and / or 4-position or 3-indolyl radicals with identical substituents on the ring system. To prepare the compounds, either the starting amines Y-CH & ind2! -NR & exp1! R & exp2! reacted with secondary phosphines or arsines at higher temperatures, where a proton-active catalyst can be used, or the amines are converted into their quaternary ammonium salts and anschlieszend with secondary phosphines or arsines in protic solvents or the alkali or Trimethylsilylderivaten the phosphines or arsines reacted in aprotic solvents. |
