abstract The subject of the invention is an early-strength and improved chemically corrosion-resistant pozzolan portland cement, which can be used universally for the production of all types of dense or porous pozzolanic-bonded shaped bodies. It is an object of the invention to overcome the shortage of universally applicable in the construction industry for the production of all types of dense or porous pozzolanic bonded bodies and an artificial, highly active, SiO2-rich pozzolanic pozzolanic portland cement having high early strength and enhanced chemical resistance to corrosion. The object of the invention is the development of an early-strength and increased chemically corrosion-resistant pozzolan portland cement using a chemically highly active, SiO 2 -rich secondary raw material obtained as an artificial pozzolan component in the hydrometallurgical extraction treatment of silicates. The inventive pozzolan portland cement contains (in% by mass) 70 to 99 of a lime-releasing, 4 to 10 of a sulphatic component and 1 to 30 of a SiO &sub2; -rich residue from the aqueous salt and / or nitric acid extraction preparation of thermally and / or mechanically activated silicates , preferably of extraction-processed phyllosilicates, as a pozzolan component.
