titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR COOKING STAERLESS MATERIAL
abstract The aim of the invention is a method which is carried out with less heat energy / high-pressure steam. The object of the invention are process steps for cooking starchy material using a digester, the container for instant evaporation for further processing of the cooked material are arranged downstream. According to the invention, the following processing steps are carried out: mixing the starchy material with water, pumping the mixture into the preheater and injecting steam from the digester, introducing mixture into the digester, injecting high pressure steam for mixture heating to boiling temperature at throttling at the digester outlet, flash evaporating the mixture into one / more chambers for instant evaporation, each is connected to the use of the throttle steam with a preheater. For a pre-stage, the steam requirement is 55%, 38% for two and 29% for three pre-stages. The required vapor content corresponds to 1.15 / (n-1), where n corresponds to the number of preliminary stages. The invention is used for cooking processes of starch-containing material for further processing of, for example, alcohol and sugar.
