titleOfInvention METHOD FOR THE ELECTROCHEMICAL DETERMINATION OF SACCHAROSE
abstract The invention can be used wherever it is on anfast and exact determination of the content. Sucrose arrives.nThis method of determination is of particular importance for the determinationnthe content of sucrose also in such technical solutions, innwhich contains sucrose in addition to glucose. The invention isnthe known electrochemical processes for the determination ofnTo modify sucrose so that only a minimal enzyme usenThe invention is based on the object, by thenEnzyme use at a suitable location to the known methodsnimprove. According to the invention this is achieved in that onlynGlucose oxidase directly or carrier fixed in front of the electrodenis attached. The inversion of sucrose by means of invertasentakes place outside the enzyme electrode. The invertase does not neednto be highly purified or carrier-fixed. On the use ofnMutarotase can be dispensed with. The determination of sucrosentakes place from the current-time »curve. In the determination of mixtures fromnGlucose and sucrose can be measured in the same Meßänsatz withnthe same electrode in succession.
