abstract |
The present invention relates to a stable, more preferably aqueous formulationncleaning food suitable for use on food and / or onnsurfaces that are in contact with food. The device typicallyncomprising from about 0.1% to about 20% by weight of the composition, ndissolved water-soluble uncomplexedncyclodextrin and an effective amount of at least one ingredientnto improve the performance of a device derived from a groupncomprising: (1) a cyclodextrin-compatible detergent; (2)ncyclodextrin-compatible antimicrobial active agents;nand (3) mixtures thereof. Further, the composition comprises hydrophilicnperfumes, low molecular weight polyols; metal salts to improvenodor control; etc. The composition is more suitably applied asnsmall droplets, especially from a spray atomizer.nA combination of detergents / antibacterial active agentsnprovides improved antimicrobial activity |
