Parking tm (10) has improved functionality bynthat a rod (9) protrudes therefrom to prevent the latch (11) from engaging,nwhich can only be released after the dark has been unlocked. The steering wheel (12) isnsecured by a mandrel (13) passing through the instrument panel (14) andnit is fixed and locked in the bed (15), which is the holder (16)nin the car body.
