abstract The present invention relates to a medicament with protracted activity comprising a complex of polyanhydroglucoronic acid of the general formula I and a pharmaceutically acceptable active substance. Claimed is also a medicament exhibiting mucolytic activity and comprising a complex of the general formula II, consisting of a pharmaceutically acceptable substance named Ambroxol and a polyanhydroglucuronic acid of the general formula I functioning as a carrier. The invented medicament can be used for preparing pharmaceutical preparations exhibiting protracted activity and being in the form of tablets or capsules.
