abstract The dietetic preparation contains 5 to 80 wt. fpsfoliproteins, based on the dry weight of the compositions, as a vehicle for biologically active substances. Furthermore, it contains from 1 to 95% by weight, based on the dry weight of the preparation, of biologically active substances, limiting the glycation of proteins and eliminating the effect of active forms such as rutin, sorbitol, ascorbic acid, tocopherols, lysine and aminogunidine, or having a preventive effect on the function of biomembranes in general and nerve cells in particular as gamma-linoleic acid, repectives of compounds containing it, and we o -inositol, or combinations of vitamins with mineral substances. Dietetic preparation in the form of nutritionally balanced diet for diabetics contains 0.01 to 1.00% by weight. % tocopherol, 0.1 to 2.0 wt. ascorbic acid 0.01 to 2.0 wt. a routine of 0.2 to 2.0 wt. % myo-inositol and 1.0 to 5.0 wt. gamma-linoleic acid. Dietetic preparation containing 10 to 15 wt. alpha tocopherol and 35 to 40 wt. ascorbic acid has high antioxidant effects. Dietetic composition containing from 10 to 50% by weight of vitamins and from 20 to 45% by weight. minerals and trace elements is useful as a multivitamin preparation. Dietetic composition containing 2.0 to 10.0 wt. ground ginseng root, 2.0 to 10.0 wt. % dry coca extract and 15.0 to 25.0 wt. vitamins have the effects of regenerative tonic.
