titleOfInvention Piezo-ceramic material with high piezo-electric activity and high relative permitivity, and use thereof
abstract The invention relates to a piezoelectric ceramic material based on lead titanate zirconate and further additives, with the additives present being complex compounds having the general formula A(W1<6>/<+>3Ni2<3>/ <+>3)O3 or A(W1<6>/<+> 2Ni1<2>/<*>2)O3 having A = Pb, Sr, Ba or Ca as ternary or quaternary solid solutions in an amount of from 1 to 10 mol %, based on the total amount of ceramic material. The ceramic material of the invention can be advantageously used in sonic or ultrasonic transducers for acoustics or hydroacoustics (underwater sound) or in actuators.
