abstract In the present invention, there are disclosed amino boranes(3), in which the amino group is represented by dimethyl amino group, morpholinyl, or pyridyl. These compounds are prepared by reacting hydrochlorides of corresponding amines with sodium tetrahydroborate in dimethoxyethane, whereby the reaction is carried out in excess of the sodium tetrahydroborate to which successively amine hydrochloride is added until the final molar ratio of the sodium tetrahydroborate to amine hydrochloride is 1 to 1.1:1.
