abstract To measure the amount of water flowing through it from itnfiltering out solid particles greater than 20 µm, then water oligodynamicallyndisinfects, then in one of at least twonparallel paths with a selective layerna strongly basic anion exchanger cyclized such that 2nup to 50% of the anion exchange is in Cl 'form, 50 to 90% of the anion exchange in SO42'nform and 2 to 50% of the anion exchange in HCO3 ’form. After flow in advancendetermined amount of water by this layer strongly basicnthe anion exchanger, the treated water is directed to another parallelnroads with a layer of this strongly basic anion exchanger, whereuponnthe denitrated water at the outlet of the parallel paths thennfiltered through activated carbon and subsequently subjected to ultraviolet irradiationnbeams. Apparatus for performing this methodnit consists of at least two parallel denitrationnfilters (71, 72) whose inputs are over three-wayntap (6) connected to the disinfection filter outlet (5)nwhose inlet is through a candle filter (4), a contact water metern(3) and the two-way cock (2) connected to the supply line (1).nThe outputs of the denitration filters (71, 72) are through the filter (8) snan activated carbon charge and an ultraviolet disinfecting member (9)nthe accumulation tank (10).
