abstract |
The composite contains cement composed of an alumino-silicate binder based on metakaolin and/or ground blast furnace granulated slag and/or fly ash in a selected unit quantity with other additives, which are an alkaline activator consisting of an aqueous solution of sodium or potassium silicate in an amount of 65 to 112% of the weight of the used cement and fireclay with a particle size in the range of 0.1 to 0.5 mm in an amount of 5 to 120% of the weight of the used cement and/or fireclay with a particle size in the range of 0.05 to 0.1 mm in an amount of 5 to 80% of the weight of the used cement. In addition to the mentioned fireclay, it contains an admixture of microsilica with a fineness of 0.1 to 0.3 µm in an amount of 5 to 15% of the weight of the used cement and/or carbon microfibers with a diameter of 6 ± 1 µm and a fiber length of 6 mm in an amount of 1 to 5% of the weight of the used cement and/or sodium disulfite in powder form in an amount of 5 to 10% of the weight of the cement used and/or an admixture of high-viscosity hydroxyethyl cellulose in powder form in an amount of 1 to 5% of the weight of the cement used and/or gypsum in powder form in an amount of 4 to 5% weight of cement used. |
