titleOfInvention |
A method for increasing the signal of antibodies recognizing 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine and / or 5-chloro-2'-deoxyuridine and / or 5-iodo-2'-deoxyuridine at the sites of incorporation of these nucleosides into DNA after DNase I treatment |
abstract |
The method allows to efficiently increase the signal of antibodies recognizing 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine and / or 5-chloro-2'-deoxyuridine and / or 5-iodo-2'-deoxyuridine in DNA at sites of incorporation of these nucleosides into DNA after DNase I The method consists in incubating samples, after treatment with DNase I and antibody, in formaldehyde solution and is useful both when two antibody-based and antibody-based systems are conjugated to different fluorochrome or biotin-type substances. |
