abstract | The problem of gradual settling of the filling inside the punching bags is solved by the filling (4) of the punching bag (2), which consists of a mixture of cord fabric, rubber granulate and dust, which are preferably obtained by recycling tires. The punching bag (2) is formed by a box (3) of a punching bag (2), which is filled with a filling (4) by a pressing device. The cartridge (4) can preferably be filled into puck wrappers (1), which are pressed into the punch bag wrapper (3). Any number of pucks (1) can be inserted into the punch bag container (2), depending on the height of the punch bag package (3). The density of the compressed charge (4) ranges from 270 to 420 kg / m. Variable sizes of punching bags (2) and filling density (4) allow for better training for both beginners and professional boxers. In a preferred embodiment, the punching bag includes foam (5) and a flexible tube (6). |
