titleOfInvention Process for preparing graphene hydrogel
abstract The invention relates to a process for preparing a graphene hydrogelngraphene oxide. In the first step of the method, the process is carried outnprepare a colloidal lead graphene oxide solutionngraphene oxide concentrations of 0.25 mg / ml to 2 mg / ml,nhydrochloric acid is added to this solutionn(HCl) or phosphoric acid (HSPO. |) Vna concentration of 20 to 100 mM solution, or acidnsulfuric (H2SO4) at a concentration of 10 to 50 mM solution, nand a metal from the group of aluminum (Al), magnesium (Mg), zincn(Zn). iron (Fe), nickel (Ni) at 0.5 ton25 mg / ml solution while reacting the acid withnthis metal forms the metal salt and hydrogen at the stagenwhich is bubbling through colloidal aqueousnsolution while reducing a portion of the epoxy, ncarbonyl, carbonyl and hydroxylngraphene oxide functional groups attached to itncarbon atoms. As a result, between thesencarbon atoms form C = C bonds and colloidalnthe graphene oxide aqueous solution is converted into a solutionnpartially reduced graphene oxide in the moldnviscous gel. Once out of this viscous gelnRemoves remaining metal and centrifuges and rinsesndeionized water also the acid residue anundesired products of the reaction of acid and metal, it forms a dispersion in deionized water. A reducing agent from the group of sodium bisulfate is added thereton(NaHSCl), sodium sulfide (Na 2 S). Sodium iodide (Nai)nsodium ascorbate, vitamin C. hydroiodic acidn(ΗΓ). C 6 H 4 (OH) 2 at a concentration of 0.02 to 0.1 mM, ornhydrazine hydrate at a concentration of 0.05 to 0.2 mM. andnthe mixture thus formed is heated for 30 minutes to 12 hoursnat a temperature of 50 to 90 ° C. wherein the reducing agentnreduces part of the remaining epoxide groups of the oxidengraphene attached to its carbon atoms, vnas a result of these carbon atomsnit creates additional C = C bonds and partially reduced oxidengraphene is transformed into a graphene hydrogel.
