abstract Recombinant plant nuclease for use as an anti-tumor therapeutic with low adverse effects on the treated organism. Its application does not reduce the function of the immune system, reduces weight and reduces the induction of aspermatogenesis. A method for its preparation in leaves of plants of the species Nicotiana benthamiana transformed with Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA 4404 into which a DNA segment encoding this nuclease has been introduced.
