titleOfInvention A solution, a glass sheet, a method for producing a laminated glass panel and a circular elastomeric material
abstract The solution comprises a sodium silicate waterglass and a water-soluble polybasic organic compound with a proportion of at least 8% by weight. % polyhydric compounds and from 30 to 70 wt. water, the weight ratio of SiO.sub.2.n.:Na.sub.2.n.O is less than 3.0: 1. The glass sheet is provided on one surface with a circular dried interlayer having a water content of from 10 to 35% by weight, which was formed by pouring the above solution onto the glass surface and drying it under controlled conditions. In a method of making a fire resistant laminated glass sheet, said intermediate glass sheet is taken and the second glass sheet is deposited on top of the intermediate sheet. In another embodiment, the solution is poured onto a flat surface, the solution is dried under controlled conditions to form a film, the film is removed from said surface, placed on a first sheet, and the second sheet is deposited on top of said sheet. Furthermore, a clear elastomeric material comprising sodium silicate waterglass, at least 15 wt. % organic polyhydroxy compounds and from 10 to 35 wt. water, the weight ratio of SiO.sub.2.n.:Na.sub.2.n.O is less than 3.0: 1.
