The crosslinked epoxy-polysiloxane polymer composition is the reaction product of components consisting of water, a polysiloxane, a non-aromatic epoxy resin having more than one 1,2-epoxy group per molecule, aminosilane hardener, pigment or aggregate material, metal catalyst and modifier, and optionally other agents. The method of preparing a fully cured thermosetting epoxy-polysiloxane polymer composition comprises the steps of: forming a resin component by contacting the components, which consist of a non-aromatic epoxy resin, a polysiloxane, a pigment or an aggregate material, a modifier and other agents, water; and curing the resin component by adding components consisting of a combination of: aminosilane, with an organocinite catalyst. |
