N- (Indolecarbonyl) piperazine Derivatives of Formula I wherein R.sup.1 is n. phenyl or naphthyl, optionally substituted with the radical R.sup.2. and / or R.sup.3, or Het.sup.1.n; R.sup.2.n., R.sup.3.n. is Hal, A, OA, OH or CN; from the substituent R.sup.4.n. and R.sup.5, which are attached at any of the available positions of the indole ring R.sup.4. is H, CN, Acyl, Hal, A, OA, OH, CONH2, CONHA or CONA.sub.2.n. and R.sup.5.n. is H, or, alternatively, R.sup.4. and R.sup.5.n. together represent alkylene of 3 to 5 C; Het.sup.1.n. is a mono- or bicyclic heterocyclic unsaturated group optionally mono- or disubstituted with Hal, A, OA, or OH and contains 1, 2 or 3 identical or different heteroatoms such as N, O and S; A is alkyl of 1 to 6 C; Hal is F, Cl, Br or I; wherein the indole ring may also be replaced by an isatin unit, and physiologically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, with the exception of (1H-indol-5-yl) (4-phenethylpiperazin-1-yl) methanone and 1 - ((5-methoxy-1H-indole) -7-yl) carbonyl) -4- (2-phenethyl) piperazine; a method for its preparation, use, and a pharmaceutical composition thereof. |
