Subnanomolar affinity antibodies specific for the characteristic ED-B domain epitope of fibronectin, an angiogenesis marker. The antibody is useful for rapidly targeting an angiogenesis marker. A diagnostic kit comprising said antibody. Conjugates containing said antibodies and suitable photoactive molecules (e.g., a correctly selected photosensitizing agent) and their use for selective, light-mediated closure of newly formed vessels. |
