A pharmaceutical composition comprising a water-insoluble complex of a therapeutically effective stable amorphous substance and a water-insoluble ionic polymer having a molecular weight of greater than about 1,328,432 x 10-sec. kg (80,000 D) and with a glass transition temperature of about 50 degC or higher and carriers; this insoluble complex; methods of preparing this composition and complex. The pharmaceutical composition described substantially increases the bioavailability of poorly soluble therapeutically effective compounds. |
