abstract The present invention relates to a process for the production of biodegradable fibrous cover materials as a controlled release medicament carrier, wherein the surface of the knitted fabric and / or nonwoven fabric is impregnated with liquids, solutions, gels or melts, the carriers are further dried and, after drying, the carrier is attached to an electrostatic spinner collector for supplying a spinning biodegradable polymer, resulting in an attractive electrostatic force, overcomes cohesive intermolecular forces in a solution that contains a mixture of biodegradable polymers and liposomes, thereby integrating it into the resulting fiber.
