A pharmaceutical composition with a masked taste, the camouflage of which takes place during the administration of the composition, in particular in the form of a suspension in an aqueous carrier, characterized in that it comprises at least the following elements: regardless of pH; a methacrylic polymer which is soluble in an acid medium and practically insoluble at neutral or alkaline pH and an active substance distributed homogeneously and in a molecular state in a mixture which is in the form of an atomized matrix; b) an organic alkaline agent or an alkaline salt which is pharmaceutically acceptable; c) an adsorption agent, a method of preparing a preparation and a method of masking the taste of pharmaceutical products. |
