Microparticle composition of a water-insoluble substance, a pharmaceutical composition, a process for preparing stable particles, a micro-particle of a water-insoluble or a weakly soluble compound, a composition comprising these microspheres, and a method of preparing microspheres |
abstract |
The composition of the water-insoluble micro-particulate matter comprising particles of an industrially usable compound that is water-insoluble or poorly soluble having a surface on which the phospholipid and the surfactant are absorbed or adhered, by applying an energy supply to the mixture of particulate matter, phospholipid and surfactant. in such a way that the volume weight average particle size of these microspheres is at least 50% less than that of the compound particles obtained without the presence of surfactant by applying the same energy supply. |
