titleOfInvention |
Genetic therapy drug that is introduced into the tumor by applying a weak electric field, and a combined gene therapy product |
abstract |
The present invention relates to the extraordinary enhancement of tumor transfer of the tumor in vivo, and the invention further relates to nucleic acids associated with the products which allow to increase the yield of such transfer using a weak electric field with an intensity of 1 to 600 V / cm. Further, the invention relates to a combined nucleic acid and electric field product having an intensity of 1 to 600 V / cm for use in gene therapy for delivery of nucleic acid to a tumor based on in vivo electrotransfection, wherein the nucleic acid and the electric field are applied separately or separately to the tumor or tumor in vivo. |
