abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a method for the determination of an analyte in a liquid sample comprising the steps of introducing a reaction disk into a reaction vessel; adding at least one liquid reagent which binds to the surface of the reaction disk; adding a liquid sample containing the analyte to be determined, wherein the analyte is immunospecifically directly or indirectly bound to the reaction reagent bound to the surface of the reaction disk; and directly or indirectly determining the analyte bound to the reaction disk. The system for continuously performing identical or similar immunoassays in liquid biological fluid samples comprises a plurality of reaction vessels (2) with activated reaction disks (5), reaction reagents (10) and dosing means (11a), means (11a) for mixing and means for determining which are controlled by the computer (52). |
