titleOfInvention | A method of preparing a mixture of a microorganism to bind nitrogen from the air, to increase the solubility of phosphorus compounds and to decompose the food oil sediment |
abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a process for preparing a nitrogen binding composition from air, to increasing the solubility of phosphorus compounds and to decomposing a food oil sediment. According to the present invention, by co-cultivating at least two microorganism strains in a nutrient-free culture medium containing phosphorus compounds, the bacterial strains Azobacter croococcum CCM 4642 and Azospirillium brasiliense CCM 4644 are propagated for 22 hours at 28 degC, after which a battery strain is added Bacillus megatherium CCM 4643 and the Pseudomonas putida strain CCM 4641, and then co-cultured for 44 to 46 hours at 28 degC when aerating 0.6 liters of air per liter of nutrient. |
