The lightweight concrete composition comprises 1 part by volume of cementitious binder, 0.5 to 1.5 parts by volume of inert filler and 2 to 6 parts by volume of lightweight filler, based on one part by volume of cementitious binder, and up to 2% by weight. additives, wherein the additive contains a mixture of 40 to 99 wt. % of an organic polymeric material and 1 to 60 wt. an aerating agent, wherein the lightweight filler comprises polystyrene. Also disclosed is a method of forming a disposable lightweight concrete composition, the use of an additive to treat polystyrene lightweight, and the use of a concrete mixture to fill the cavity formed by the plates. |
