A method for producing dry amorphous products which, in addition to the biologically active material, contains a stabilizer. Prepare a solution or suspension of the biological material and a mixture of substances consisting of a) a saccharide and at least one zwitterion with a polar or non-polar group or a derivative and / or b) at least two zwitterions with polar or non-polar groups or their derivative and / or c) at least one zwitterionic a polar or nonpolar ion or several zwitterionic ions with polar or non-polar groups or a derivative thereof, and this is susceptible to convection drying at an inlet temperature of 100 to 180 degC using a specific drying technology with the relative moisture content of the stationary phase being set below 70%.
