titleOfInvention A composition for the controlled release of the active ingredients in the gastrointestinal tract and a method for producing the same
abstract A preparation for the controlled release of the active substances in the gastrointestinal tract, with a prolonged passage through the pylorus, with a component expanding upon contact with the stomach, surrounded by a polymeric casing permeable to stomach and active substances, wherein the at least one active substance is in the form of a multiparticulate that sells retarded into stomach. The multistage manufacturing process consists in: - preparing a sheet material to form a polymeric shell and feeding it in such a way that two layers of sheet material are arranged side by side or one above the other, by providing separate, non-fully sealed compartments for multiparticulate treatment, - multiparticulate treatments are dispensed into the compartment, - compartments are sealed by sealing, - punching or punching out formulations and, after bending, collapsing, or compression, are filled into hard zelatin capsules. The use of the formulation is suitable for treating stomach diseases, as well as reducing appetite and / or hunger.
