Enteral formulations that include polyunsaturated are describednlong chain fatty acids (PUFAs), for examplenarachidonic acid (AA) and docosahexic acidn(DHA), essentially cholesterol-free, and the preparation processnof said enteric preparations. He specifically describes the solutionnmethods for reducing the incidence of necrotizing enterocolitis by applicationsnformulations that provide n-6 an-3 PUFAs with a long durationnchain, phospholipids and / or choline. Preference is given to formulations ofnegg yolk lipids containing n-6 and n-3 PUFA snthe long-chain is predominantly in the form of phosphadylcholine.nIn this case, a synergistic effect is expected.
