The light chain and heavy chain variable region of a humanized antibody, a humanized antibody, and its method of preparation, DNA, vector, host cell, therapeutic agent |
abstract |
The light chain variable region of a humanized antibody that binds to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 129 (antigen HM1.24), wherein the light chain variable region has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 106. The heavy chain variable region of a humanized antibody that binds to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 129 (HM1.24 antigen), wherein the heavy chain variable region has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 125 or 128. DNA encoding these regions and a vector of such DNA comprising and host cells. A method for preparing a humanized antibody and a therapeutic agent for treating it with a myeloma. |
