abstract There is described a method for forming an elastomeric coating on a substrate punching device (10) comprising a press (12) having at least one punching surface (14) for punching a substrate covered with an elastomeric coating (16), the punching surface (14) for punching the substrate has a stiffness (30) greater than that of the elastomeric coating (16). The edge (30) forms a flange that lies in alignment with or extends to the front edge of the elastomeric coating of the press (12), and includes the steps of: i. Pretreating the devices with chemical and / or mechanical means to form a bonding surface for the elastomeric coating; and ii. Applying an elastomeric coating to the device. Described is also a method for dispersing a detergent bar, a substrate punching device and its use.
