Sulfur-containing polyorganosiloxanes of the general formula I, wherein R @ 1, R @ 2, R @ 2, R @ 2, R @ 3, R @ 4, R @ 4, R @ 4. independently of one another are H, (C.sub.1-4.) alkyl, (C.sub.1-4.) alkoxy, (C.sub.1-4.) haloalkoxy; haloalkyl, phenyl, aryl or aralkyl; and W is a group which can be bonded to silicic acid, preferably (C 1-6 alkyl) -alkoxy or (C) alkyl. haloalkoxy and Y is alkyl, haloalkyl, phenyl, aryl or aralkyl and Z is an alkylidene radical of 0 to 6 carbon atoms and A is a group which can bond with at least one elastomer of the rubber composition for q = 1, preferably mercapto (SH) group and thiocyanate group (SCN), and for q = 2 disulfide (S.sub.2.sub.2) and polysulfide (S.sub.xn) sx = 2 to 10 and H is hydrogen and sum k + m + n + p.> =. 3 can be, as well as k = n = 0, their method of manufacture as well as their use in rubber compositions for the production of moldings. |
